Puppy Contract
This purchase of agreement is made between the new owner and 7 Oaks Ranch and Kennels Located in Rudy, Arkansas!
As of the date of this agreement, to the best of our knowledge, our puppies are in excellent health. All shots and worming will be current to date. Some puppies may stress due to shipping or change in home or change in water and food, because of this they can experience minor problems such as diarrhea, parasites, coccidiosis, giardia, as well as car or motion sickness. Sometimes these conditions will need to be treated by a veterinarian. The dog or puppy will be in good health and free from any obvious defects prior to leaving our home. If the puppy is being shipped it will be checked within 5 days prior to leaving by a licensed vet and will have a health certificate by a vet.
Purchaser agrees that if anytime they are unable to care for or keep this puppy or dog, that they will return the puppy or dog regardless of age to the breeder at their expense, unless worked out with seller to be picked up. For no reason will this puppy or dog be surrendered to any Human Society or Animal Kill Shelter. The seller has the right to recover the animal in the event that the puppy or dog is mistreated or not cared for at any time.
NOTE: There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidioses, Parvo after 10 days, cherry eye, bacterial infections, cancer, tumors, thyroid dysfunctions, allergies or problems as a result of injury are not covered.
We have the right to refuse buissness to ANYONE WHO WE DO NOT SEE FIT TO BUY OUR PUPPIES!!!! We are a small kennel and we take pride in our dogs and puppies, we put alot of time. effort and money into our dogs. We sale our dogs and puppies only to a good home!!!! We do not sale to puppy mills!
PUPPY CONTRACT
All our puppys at 6 weeks have their shots, worming and health check done. We have a health quarentee on our puppies only the quarentee that the puppy is in great health prior to shipping. The reason behind this is because without proper care English Bulldog puppies can become ill or even die. If you dont take them to the vet when needed and keep the puppy in a climate controlled enviorment and well taken care of then your puppy can possibally get sick and become ill. So take care of your puppy!!!! Any question about puppy care just call us and we will be more than happy to help you!
DEPOSIT:
When you pick out your puppy you will need to make a $400.00 deposit on the puppy. If for any reason something should happen to your puppy or your puppy dies you will have the option to pick out another puppy, if available If not available then your deposit will be refunded. Should you not wish to pick out a different puppy then your deposit will be refunded. If you pay the deposit and descide you dont want to buy the puppy then the deposit is NON~REFUNDABLE!!!!!
PRICE PER PUPPY:
Our puppies are 1,800 dollars each for a shipped puppy. They are $1,650 if you pick the puppy up, this price includes the deposit price.
